There will be a free Emergency Preparedness Class for kids to make sure your kids are prepared and know how to help. This class is set for Saturday, May 4th from 9:30am to 2pmat the Port Royal Community Building, 212 4th street in Port Royal. It’s open to kids ages 8 to 16. Pre registration is preferred.

The class will include talking with a 911 dispatcher and learn what questions they ask and how they help child callers, learning basic CPR and first aid skills, exploring common tools used on the ambulance and watch fire safety demonstrations, learning to recognize and handle dangerous situations and more!
